The Bihar Student Credit Card

Eligibility Criteria For
the Bihar Student Credit Card
The following requirements
must be met by students in order to be eligible for this Bihar government loan
programme:

· 25
years of age or older
· passed
the intermediate test that the Bihar School Exam Committee recognised
· passed
a class in high school that has been deemed acceptable by the Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE) or another board
· Institutions
for Sub-Shastri students that are accredited by the Bihar State Sanskrit
Education Board
· Institutions
that the Bihar State Madrasa Board has approved for Moulvi students. Bihar must
be the location of these kinds of educational institutions.
· The
Bihar Student Credit Card scheme does not include students who are already
degree holders at one level for degrees in the same group. Students enrolled in
technical and managerial programmes are not eligible to apply for the Bihar Student Credit Card
Scheme. Science graduate degree holders who wish to enrol in
graduate-level courses in any other faculty of the arts, sciences, or commerce
are not eligible for this programme. However, individuals might enrol in
programmes like MBA or MCA to pursue higher education.

First Step : Registration

"New Registration."
· Name,
phone number, and email address

the "Send OTP" button.
· You
will now get an OTP message on your cell and email.
· Put
the OTP in.
· Press
the "Submit" button.
· You'll
see a confirmation message on your screen.
· Verify

Second Step : sign in
Your username and password will be sent to you through SMS or email once your registration has been successful. Now, follow the online application procedures for the Bihar Student Credit Card.

in with your account.
· Change

Third Step : Add
Co-applicant Information
You must enter specific details regarding co-applicants on the BSCC website, such as :
· Personal
data, such as name, address, and phone number
· Detailed
financial and income information, including a bank statement, ITR, and Form 16
· Employment
information, including a pay stub and an employer-issued ID card
· Details
of any securities offered, such as National Savings Certificates and FDs, are
provided.

co-net applicant's worth, including their investments, savings, and real estate
in India.
· Loan

Important Keys
· For
co-applicants, only the first portion of the application form needs to be
completed. These contain information about them, such as their names, parents'
names, addresses, etc. To enter the aforementioned data, you must click through
several tabs.
· If you
are unable to complete the application in one spot, you have the option to
"save drafts" so that you can finish it later.
· You
may see the choice to "submit" at the final TAB. The system will
provide a preview of all the records you have entered as soon as you press the
button.
· Additionally,
an alert message will display.
"After submitting the
application, you cannot edit any information. Please double-check the data
before submitting it. Select on "YES" to submit the application;
otherwise, click "No."
Now a confirmation message
appears, followed by a PDF version of the acknowledgment. You can print or
download the acknowledgment. Additionally, the registration ID will be included
in an SMS that you'll get. The District Registration and Counselling Center
(DRCC) manager will then set up an appointment. As a result, the day of your
visit to DRCC will be mentioned in an email and SMS you will receive. Visit
DRCC on the designated date with a photocopy of each needed document that has
been self-attested.
Other formalities to make sure
Visit the bank to complete the necessary paperwork by doing the following:
· The
Multi-purpose Assistant (MPA) will verify the documents when you provide them
at the counter.
· The
MPA will verify the applicant's identity using Aadhaar and look up additional
information.
· The
MPA scans the paperwork and takes your picture.
· The
MPA will issue an acknowledgment slip after everything is finished.
· The
information will be given to Assistant Manager following MPA verification.
· The
information will be transmitted to the Third-Party Verification Agency after
being verified by the Assistant Manager.
· Your
loan application will be forwarded to the designated official from the
Education Department by the Assistant Manager following a successful
verification report by the Third-party Administrator (TPA) within 15 days.
Additionally, they will send the application to the relevant bank.
· The
Bank notifies DRCC of the confirmation of the education loan.
· Within
15 days, they will now upload the sanction letter.
· The
bank and DRCC will send you an SMS and email notifying you of the date you must
visit their office to pick up the Student Credit Card and the approval
letter for your education loan.
